With our extensive practical experience, we can advise on economical project tooling from initial conception to scheduled production.
Having our own onsite tool room, allows us to collaborate closely with customers to design bespoke tooling from a simple sketch or from full CAD data and ensure that all tools / trim jigs are manufactured to give the best return for the customer. Tools can be made from aluminium / resin and wood with trim jigs being created from GRP. If unable to complete any tooling in house, then Sparlonz work with a very select group of tooling manufacturers who understand our processes and requirements.
